Pea Khutorok

Stable yields in challenging environments

The "Khutorok" pea variety, developed by NPK "Seryi Khleb Urala," is a breeding product focused on farms operating in high-risk agricultural zones. The primary specialization of this variety is the production of commercial grain with high quality indicators, making it a staple in the crop rotation systems of intensive farming operations.

Agronomic profile

As a legume crop, "Khutorok" demonstrates notable adaptability to volatile climates. The developers at NPK "Seryi Khleb Urala" have prioritized several key development aspects for this variety:

• Biological resistance to lodging, which is critical for efficient mechanized harvesting.
• Stability in grain filling even during moisture deficits in the flowering period.
• High protein content, meeting the standards for both food and feed grain.

Role in crop rotation

For farmers, choosing this variety is driven by the goal of lowering grain production costs. "Khutorok" yields predictable results on chernozem and chestnut soils, responding well to standard mineral fertilization schemes. Due to its morphology, the crop effectively utilizes the regional agro-climatic potential, allowing for precise harvesting schedules. Products from NPK "Seryi Khleb Urala" in this segment have established themselves as a reliable tool for those betting on proven breeding solutions without unnecessary expenditures on complex agrochemical interventions.
