Parsley Pervomayskaya

Parsley of the "Pervomayskaya" variety is popular and in high demand among gardeners due to its unpretentiousness and high yield. Plants of this variety are powerful, well-leafed, reach a height of 30-40 cm, and possess resistance to lodging. The first harvest of greens is made 65-75 days after seedlings emerge, and several crops can be harvested during the season. Parsley roots successfully survive the winter in the soil, which allows for early greens in the spring.

The leaves of "Pervomayskaya" parsley are tender, with a spicy and refreshing taste, and are a rich source of vitamin C, the content of which in parsley is four times higher than in lemons. Additionally, the greens contain vitamin K, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus, making them not only tasty but also beneficial for health. Parsley retains its aroma and taste qualities during drying and freezing, which expands its culinary usage possibilities.

The yield of the variety is 3-4 kg per square meter, making it an excellent choice for growing both in personal gardens and on household plots. Due to its characteristics and nutritional value, "Pervomayskaya" parsley is a universal spice that will perfectly complement a variety of dishes and become an indispensable ingredient in home cooking.
