F1 Ibn Sina
— parthenocarpic mid-season hybrid with female flowering type. Suitable for cultivation in open ground under temporary coverings. Widely cultivated in Central Asia in transitional cropping systems. Plants are medium-height, moderately branching, with shortened internodes. 2-4 fruits form at each node. Fruit length 15-17 cm, diameter 3.5-4.0 cm, weight 160-180 g, cylindrical, smooth, glossy, dark green, for salad use. Hybrid resistant to powdery mildew and root rots.
