The variety is characterized by a maturation period of about 108 days from full germination to mass leaf collapse, which allows for harvest within a single season. The average bulb mass varies from 90 to 160 grams depending on growing conditions.

The onion has a semi-sharp taste, which ensures its universality of application - it is suitable for both fresh consumption and for processing and long-term storage. The variety is distinguished by high market yield, reaching 358-496 centners per hectare, which is 40-80 centners higher than standard varieties. Bulb maturity before harvesting is 97%, and after after-ripening reaches 99%, guaranteeing high quality and product preservation.

REDMAYT is resistant to Fusarium, which significantly reduces the risks of diseases and crop losses. The recommended planting density is from 0.9 to 1 million seeds per hectare, which contributes to the formation of uniform and dense bulbs. The variety is suitable for cultivation in regions with a long light day and is recommended for the Central region.
