Onion Memory

The "Memory" onion variety is distinguished by its high yield and versatile purpose, making it an excellent choice for various culinary purposes. The bulbs have an oval-elongated shape with reddish-purple outer scales and a dense white flesh, with a bulb mass of about 73 grams. This variety has good taste qualities, which are appreciated both in fresh form and after thermal processing.

The "Memory" variety is early-ripening and intended for growing in open ground. The recommended planting scheme provides for ridges at a distance of 10-15 cm and a depth of 3-4 cm, while seeds are placed at an interval of 1-1.5 cm. Such planting technology promotes optimal plant development and high yield.

Moreover, this variety of onion is distinguished by its high resistance to diseases, which reduces the need for frequent application of protective agents and ensures a stable harvest. The yield reaches 3.0 kg per square meter, making the variety profitable for growing in Ukraine and Moldova.
