Champion cabbage is an ultra-early hybrid that matures on average 48-57 days after transplanting, allowing for an early harvest. The plants are compact with a short stalk, and the heads have a proper round shape and an attractive light green color. Head mass varies from 0.8 to 2 kg depending on growing conditions and planting density. The hybrid is characterized by high head density, juicy taste, and excellent structure, making it in demand for the fresh market.

CHAMPION has high resistance to fusarium (race 1) and tolerance to cracking, ensuring good head preservation both in the field and when cut. Thanks to these qualities, the cabbage withstands long-distance transportation well. The recommended planting density is 40-60 thousand plants per hectare. The hybrid is suitable for growing both in polytunnels and in open ground, allowing for ultra-early production.

For successful cultivation of the Champion variety, choosing the right location, quality fertilization, regular watering, and protection from pests are important. Cabbage offers a commercial yield of 9-12 kg per square meter and is suitable for fresh consumption. Compact heads with a well-closed top and dense structure make this hybrid universal and convenient for growing in various conditions.
