Vladimir Balaban grows almonds on a plot of about 26 hectares, where six different varieties of nuts are cultivated. The sowing and care system allows obtaining about 1.5 tons of kernels per year from each plot, confirming the resilience of the crop even under unfavorable climatic conditions.
Almonds are considered an undemanding plant, capable of withstanding drought and suitable for use both as a food product and as animal feed. Thanks to this characteristic, production expansion is planned: the introduction of the California almond variety, which can yield up to 2 tons of kernels per hectare.
The current price per kilogram of nuts is about 200 hryvnias, making the product competitive in the market. High quality and stable yield make Balaban-produced almonds an attractive choice for consumers looking for natural and nutritious products.
