Melon Passport F1

Passport F1 watermelon is an early-maturing hybrid characterized by high yield and adaptability to various growing conditions. The vegetation period ranges from 70 to 80 days, enabling early harvest. The plant features a strong root system and high resistance to diseases, including fungal and viral infections, as well as tolerance to low temperatures and stressful conditions. The hybrid is suitable for various cultivation methods, including direct seeding and seedling transplanting, as well as greenhouse and tunnel cultivation on heavy soils.

The fruits of Passport F1 watermelon have oval or round-oval shapes and weigh on average between 2.5 and 3.5 kg. The rind is colored in yellow-brown tones with a dense gray netting. The seed cavity is compact and small. The flesh has a light color — from white to light green — with a dense texture and high juice content. The fruit flavor is sweet and aromatic, with sugar content up to 15%, making them particularly attractive to consumers.

Passport F1 watermelon is versatile in use: it is suitable for fresh consumption as well as for canning, freezing, processing, and drying. Due to its high transportability and resistance to adverse conditions, this hybrid is widely used in various regions, demonstrating stable yields ranging from 20 to 80 tons per hectare. This makes Passport F1 an excellent choice for farmers and gardeners seeking high-quality, flavorful early watermelon.
