The Original melon variety represents a mid-season variety with excellent dessert-honey flavor and large oval fruits weighing up to 4 kg. The plant is moderately vine-bearing, forming a sturdy and compact bush with short, thick canes and raised, spatulate leaves. The fruits have dense, crunchy, and juicy flesh with a pronounced aroma, making them especially attractive to lovers of sweet and aromatic fruits.

This variety is characterized by high resistance to powdery mildew, anthracnose, and a wide range of other diseases, ensuring a stable yield even in dry and hot weather conditions. The plant is stress-resistant and does not slow down growth rates under unfavorable climatic conditions. Each plant is capable of producing 5 to 6 fruits weighing at least 3 kg, and sometimes specimens weighing up to 7 kg are found.

Growing the Original melon is possible both in open ground and in greenhouses. Sowing seeds is recommended in May, adhering to a planting scheme of 140x50 cm.
