Melon Iperion

Cantaloupe variety Iperione is a high-yielding hybrid with a maturation period of 70-75 days. The fruits are oval-shaped, weighing from 4 to 5 kilograms, colored yellow-orange with a beautiful netting on the surface. This variety is characterized by a strong leaf canopy that effectively protects the fruits from sunburn, contributing to maintaining their quality under field conditions.

Iperione can be grown both by direct sowing and as transplants under cover, making it versatile for various agronomic practices. The variety exhibits good disease resistance, allowing for an extended harvest period and reduced losses during storage. The fruits are distinguished by high sugar content and tender white flesh, ensuring excellent flavor and high product quality.

Moreover, the Iperione hybrid is characterized by excellent transportability, enabling the fruits to retain their properties during long-distance transportation. This makes the variety attractive both for personal consumption and for commercial cultivation aimed at market sales.
