Melon Carolina

Carolina Watermelon (TS 18-0450) F1 is a super-early pineapple-type hybrid, distinguished by high yield and excellent taste qualities. The vegetation period is approximately 75 days from germination, allowing for an early harvest. The fruits have an oval shape, weighing from 2.0 to 2.7 kg, with a golden-yellow rind adorned with a distinct netting pattern. The flesh is dense, white, and exceptionally sweet with a rich flavor.

The plant features a strong and compact root system, providing good resistance to temperature and humidity fluctuations, as well as adaptability to stressful conditions. Thanks to these qualities, the hybrid performs well both in open ground and under plastic coverings, including early planting under double-layered plastic. Carolina demonstrates resistance to moisture and variable weather, contributing to a stable harvest formation.

Moreover, the watermelon has excellent transportability and good storability, making it attractive for commercial cultivation and marketing. Compact plants with a well-developed root system ensure easy care and high productivity. Overall, Carolina F1 is a reliable choice for those who value early harvests of sweet, aromatic, and high-quality fruits.
