AZOVKA

The Azovka F1 melon variety is a mid-season F1 hybrid of the pineapple type, developed by the company Gavriush. The plant is powerful, with good foliage and excellent covering ability, ensuring high yield and uniform fruit ripening. The maturation period is 70-82 days from germination, allowing for a commercial harvest at optimal times. Azovka F1 is distinguished by high resistance to diseases such as fusarium and powdery mildew, which significantly eases care and increases reliability of cultivation in both protected and open ground.

The fruits of the Azovka melon have an oval shape and a weight of 2.5 to 4 kg. At full maturity, the rind acquires a yellow-orange color with a medium-density netting. The flesh is white, juicy, tender, and sweet, with a magnificent strong aroma, making this variety particularly attractive to consumers. The dry matter content in the flesh is 12-13%, and the small seed chamber ensures convenience during consumption. Due to its taste qualities and aroma, the Azovka melon enjoys high popularity.

The yield of the variety reaches 4-5 kg per square meter, and the fruits retain their commercial qualities for 20-25 days after harvest. This allows for the realization of products with a long shelf life without loss of taste and commercial characteristics. Azovka F1 is suitable for both industrial cultivation in greenhouse complexes and farmer farms, as well as for personal subsidiary holdings, providing a stable and quality yield.
