Vogni Dneprogesa

The flaxseed variety "Vogni Dneprogesa" is distinguished by high oil content, reaching 49%, which ensures significant oil yield during processing. One of the key features of this variety is the high level of linolenic acid in the oil — more than 70% — making it especially valuable for producing high-quality vegetable oils with beneficial fatty acids.

This variety is characterized by chlorophyll deficiency in plants, which manifests from the beginning of vegetation and persists until maturity. This is a unique marker trait, allowing easy identification of the variety during cultivation. The variety has been under State Variety Testing since 2015 and was registered by the Institute of Oil Crops of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine in 2018.

"Vogni Dneprogesa" is promising for cultivation in Ukraine due to its high yield and adaptability. The high content of linolenic acid and oil content make this variety attractive for farmers focused on producing high-quality flaxseed oil with beneficial properties.
