Flax is a valuable dietary and medicinal product, possessing high nutritional and caloric value. It is widely used both for nutrition and for cleansing the body, helping normalize metabolic processes and eliminate toxins and waste. Flax contains a large amount of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, including vitamin F, which is present in greater quantities than in fish oil.
