Lettuce BOYARSKY

Aesthetic Appeal and Production Efficiency

The «Boyarsky» leaf lettuce from the «Vashe Khozyaistvo» brand is a strategic choice for growers who prioritize a balance between visual marketability and reliable yields. In professional vegetable production, this variety is valued for its striking dark red foliage, which adds color and texture to any produce assortment, making it a favorite for both fresh markets and the HoReCa sector.

Cultivation Scenarios and Field Application

Its mid-season maturity makes «Boyarsky» an excellent tool for staggered planting schedules. Agronomists often integrate this variety into their production cycles for the following reasons:

• Premium Salad Mixes: The intense color and crunchy leaf structure make it an essential component for high-end vegetable mixes.
• Versatile Growing Conditions: The variety shows strong adaptability, developing uniform, medium-sized rosettes in both open-field and greenhouse environments.
• Predictable Harvest Cycles: The consistent development rate allows growers to plan harvests precisely, ensuring a steady supply chain to clients.

When working with «Boyarsky», producers benefit from the uniformity of the rosettes. By maintaining proper plant spacing, you achieve consistent head mass, which significantly streamlines post-harvest operations—sorting and packing become much more efficient. To maintain the vibrant color and juiciness, it is essential to manage irrigation strictly, ensuring the crop has adequate moisture during the peak vegetative growth phase.
