ZOULUSHKA is an early-maturing variety of asparagus bean, imported from the USA and adapted for growing in Ukraine. The plants are compact, about 30-55 cm tall, with a bushy form. A distinctive feature of this variety is its very small seeds and long, juicy pods with a delicacy flavor. Thanks to these qualities, the bean is ideal for preparing dietary dishes and canning.
The variety is characterized by fast ripening: the first fruits appear as early as 45-50 days after sowing. One plant forms from 35 to 55 pods, which ensures a good yield with proper care. It is recommended to sow the bean in a permanent place after the threat of frost has passed, with the possibility of using dense sowing to increase productivity.
