Elbrus is a sturdy, upright bush with a dense crown, up to 140 cm high. Leaves are dark green, slightly hairy, soft to the touch, giving the plant a lively appearance. Flowers appear in early spring: first compressed, then opening in light brown inflorescences.
This variety is easy to grow and is resistant to most diseases. Yield is good – on average 42 kg of dry matter per hectare, which is above the regional average. As a result, you will get a protein-rich product: about 13-14% protein content, which makes it an excellent choice for healthy eating.
Elbrus is perfect for both home gardens and small suburban plots. Its sturdy structure allows the plant to withstand various climatic conditions of Western Siberia, while its rich flavor will add brightness to any dish.
