Petrusha Gardener is a mid-early coriander variety intended for growing in open ground. The plant is determinate, about 60 cm tall, with oval-elongated pink fruits weighing about 200 g, which have a sweet taste and meaty texture. This variety is characterized by high transportability and good storability, which allows it to be used both fresh and for canning and processing. The crop prefers warm and bright conditions, as well as light fertile soils. Seeds are recommended to be sown at a depth of 1-2 cm after pre-treatment with a 1% potassium permanganate solution, and seedlings to be transplanted at an age of 50-60 days. The period from germination to using greens is 30-35 days, and to collecting spices — 50-55 days. The mass of one plant reaches 25-30 g. Leaves are of medium size, juicy and tender, with a pleasant taste and sophisticated, strong aroma. Greens are widely used in salads and for garnishing dishes. The yield of green mass reaches 2.0-2.5 kg per square meter. To obtain a stable and prolonged harvest, seeds are sown several times during the season with an interval of 15-20 days. Cultivation technology includes sowing seeds in open ground at a depth of 1-2 cm, with the possibility of autumn sowing at the end of October — beginning of November. Plants require timely watering, weeding, loosening, and fertilizing to ensure optimal growth and development. Greens are harvested before the appearance of flower stalks, which allows preserving high quality and aroma of green mass.
