Infinity

The Infinity potato variety is an early, high-yielding Dutch variety with oval tubers, covered with smooth dark-red skin and creamy flesh. The tubers have shallow eyes and a uniform shape, making them easy to process and use. The variety is characterized by high dry matter and starch content, reaching 24%, making it especially popular for making chips, french fries, and processing into starch.

Infinity is a mid-early variety, maturing 60-70 days after planting. The plants are low-growing and quickly dry, facilitating harvest. Each plant can yield up to 25 large tubers, totaling about 2 kg. The variety is highly drought-resistant and suitable for cultivation in various soil types, especially recommended for southern regions. Thanks to its good mechanical resistance, tubers easily withstand harvesting and transportation without damage.

The Infinity potato has excellent storability and a long shelf life, allowing it to maintain quality over an extended period. The variety demonstrates good genetic resistance to common potato diseases such as common scab and late blight, as well as resistance to black leg and browning upon mechanical damage.
