Cambridge cabbage (KABRI) is an early and mid-season white cabbage hybrid characterized by high adaptability and versatility in cultivation. The plant forms round, dense heads of light green color with a snow-white internal structure. Head weight varies depending on growing conditions and planting scheme, ranging from 0.5 to 5 kg. The vegetative period ranges from 60 to 120 days, allowing the variety to be used for both early and later harvests.

Cambridge is distinguished by high resistance to diseases, cracking, and adverse weather conditions, including drought and high temperatures. Thanks to these qualities, as well as the dense leaf structure, cabbage withstands transportation and long-term storage well, making it in demand for both fresh consumption and processing. The variety is suitable for direct sowing in open ground, seedling method, or under agrofiber.

The use of Cambridge cabbage is diverse: it is excellent for fresh consumption, freezing, and processing. Thanks to its dense and juicy structure, as well as excellent taste qualities, this variety is valued both among agronomists and consumers. Cambridge cabbage retains its properties during storage for up to 4-5 months, which is a significant advantage for long-term use.
