Cabbage BASTRITSA

Consistency for the Fresh Market: 'Bystritsa' Cabbage

The 'Bystritsa' variety, developed by Ooo Npf Agrosemtoms, is a practical choice for growers focusing on market-standard yields and predictable performance. With a 100-110 day growth cycle, this variety fits perfectly into mid-season crop rotation schedules, allowing for organized harvesting during the late summer and early autumn windows.

Key Agronomic Traits

The variety produces flat-round heads weighing between 1.0 and 2.0 kg. This weight range is highly valued in the fresh market as it provides the ideal portion size for retail consumers. The characteristic grey-green color of the leaves ensures a traditional look that appeals to quality-conscious buyers. Under proper management, the plants exhibit uniform development, which simplifies irrigation and field maintenance tasks.

Practical Field Applications

• Retail Logistics: The uniform head size makes 'Bystritsa' highly efficient for packaging and transportation to local markets and grocery chains.
• Market Readiness: Designed primarily for fresh market distribution, this variety serves as an excellent supply source immediately following harvest.
• Strategic Crop Rotation: The mid-season maturity enables farmers to clear land efficiently for subsequent plantings or to utilize it as a reliable staple in a staggered supply strategy.

Developed under the expertise of Ooo Npf Agrosemtoms and Viktor Mikhailovich Motov, the 'Bystritsa' cabbage offers the stability required for commercial-scale vegetable production in open-field environments.
