Romanicanic is an early-maturing variety of rocket (indau) that quickly attracts attention with bright mustard notes and a light aftertaste of fresh olives. Seeds germinate easily, and the plant shows hardiness: it can be grown in open ground, under film coverings, or in pots on a windowsill.
The yield of this variety ranges from 1.0 to 1.3 kg/m². After germination, the greens are ready for harvesting within 20–25 days, making it particularly convenient for home growing and quickly replenishing the diet with fresh herbs.
Romanicanic pairs well with any vegetables, meat, and seafood, as well as complementing sandwiches and burgers. Thanks to its versatility and rich flavor, rocket becomes an indispensable ingredient in Italian cuisine and everyday dishes.
