Description CASPIAN DAWN
Caspiyan Dawn is a variety of Vigna (Vigna genus) distinguished by early bean maturity and high yield. The plant is climbing, reaching a height of about 3.5 m, with green stems and leaves. The flowers are large, and the fruits are straight pods up to 60 cm long and about 1 cm wide. The pods reach technical maturity only 55–60 days after germination, making them suitable for canning, freezing, and culinary use. At harvest, they remain green, without a parchment layer or excess fiber, and the weight of 100 pods ranges from 4.2 to 5.4 kg.

The variety boasts excellent taste qualities: pods retain their juiciness and aroma even after long-term storage. The seeds are oval and black in color, with 1000 seeds weighing about 210–215 g. The yield reaches 1.5–2.0 kg/m², making Caspiyan Dawn attractive for both commercial cultivation and home gardens.

Caspiyan Dawn is suitable not only for food production but can also be used for landscaping thanks to the plant's decorative properties. Vigna is a legume family plant of tropical origin, long cultivated worldwide, including Russia. Thanks to breeding work, this variety is fully adapted to the Russian climate and ensures a stable yield under various growing conditions.
