Bunches are large, conical in shape, medium density, weighing from 240 to 700 grams. Berries are large, elongated-oval in shape, approximately 32 by 24 mm, dark blue in color with a dense skin.
The flesh is juicy and meaty with a harmonious flavor, making this variety attractive for fresh consumption. The yield of the variety is 10-12 tons per hectare, indicating high productivity. The Taïr grape is also suitable for storage, expanding its usage possibilities.
The variety is characterized by increased resistance to frost down to -23°С, as well as to diseases such as mildew, oidium, and gray rot. Additionally, it is relatively resistant to phylloxera, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in various climatic conditions. All these characteristics make the Taïr grape popular among gardeners and enthusiasts of quality table grapes.
