Festulolium Foytan is a high-yielding forage grass variety, created through the hybridization of ryegrass and orchardgrass. Thanks to this combination, it inherits the best cold tolerance and vigorous root development from ryegrass, as well as the ability to quickly form dense green biomass from orchardgrass.

The variety stands out for its exceptional endurance: it withstands trampling, drought, and winter frosts well. This makes Foytan an ideal choice for pastures in cold regions where high-fiber feed and climate-resilient growth are required.

Yield performance exceeds that of traditional orchardgrasses: at a sowing rate of 25‑30 kg/ha, Festulolium provides up to 25% more feed volume, and its per-hectare productivity is higher compared to common grasses. Feed value is also increased, allowing to meet animals' needs for fiber and nutrients with lower costs.
