Description Kyivs'kyi
Beet variety Kyivskaya Rozovaya is a medium-late, high-yielding variety characterized by drought and other adverse weather conditions resistance. This multi-stemmed variety forms strong, productive plants with developed immunity, allowing successful cultivation in open ground when intensive agronomy practices are followed. The vegetation period ranges from 130 to 145 days, ensuring a stable harvest throughout the season.

The roots of this variety have an oval-cylindrical shape with a blunt tip and smooth surface. Their color varies from light pink to lemon-yellow, while the flesh is white and has a semi-sweet, slightly sweet taste. The average root mass ranges from 1 to 5 kilograms, and dry matter content is within 13.5–14.5%. Roots are embedded in the soil by approximately 40%, facilitating harvest and preserving quality during storage.

Kyivskaya Rozovaya variety is distinguished by high storability and resistance to diseases and bolting, making it an excellent choice for fodder purposes. To enhance yield, fertilization and agronomic requirements should be followed. The harvested crop stores well and is widely used for animal feeding, providing them with nutrients and improving productivity.
