Feed Beet KRG 92

Stable Yield for Fodder Bases

Choosing the RKG 92 fodder beet hybrid from the A.L. Mazlumov All-Russian Research Institute of Sugar Beet and Sugar is a strategic decision for farming operations focused on efficiency and predictable results. This variety is tailored for high root yields, perfectly suited for long-term winter storage and processing within livestock feeding programs.

Field Performance Benefits

The practical value of RKG 92 lies in its genetic resilience. Resistance to root rot (Rhizoctonia) allows agronomists to maintain optimal plant density during the early stages of growth, which is crucial for maximizing yield potential. Furthermore, built-in protection against Cercospora leaf spot reduces the necessity for intensive fungicide applications, keeping the foliage healthy and functional until harvest time.

Root Crop Characteristics

• Shape: Cylindrical, facilitating mechanical harvesting and minimizing physical damage during the digging process.
• Structure: The root tissue is uniform, without rings, ensuring excellent density and consistent nutritional quality.
• Storage: This variety demonstrates superior shelf life, maintaining its nutritional value throughout the winter months when stored properly.

If your operation requires a reliable source of succulent fodder, RKG 92 offers a balanced and productive solution. By utilizing high-quality seed stock from the original breeder, you ensure performance consistency and a high return on investment per hectare.
