TARA

Beans of the 'Tara' variety represent a French sugar variety with high yield and universal use. The plant reaches a height of 30–40 cm and forms straight, smooth pods without strings, 9 to 14 cm long, with a round cross-section and a pale-golden hue. Pods develop mainly in the upper part of the plant and are distinguished by an exquisite taste, making this variety popular for direct consumption as well as freezing and storage. 'Tara' belongs to medium-late varieties, ripening approximately 76 days after sowing.

Growing 'Tara' beans is quite simple and suitable for various regions, including Ukraine, Moldova, and Russia. Seed sowing is recommended in late May – early June, with a sowing rate of 80–125 kg per hectare and a planting depth of 3–4 cm. The planting scheme is 40 x 10 cm. Successful cultivation requires timely watering, weeding, loosening, and fertilization with mineral fertilizers, which contributes to achieving high yields – from 8.1 to 10.6 tons per hectare.

The variety possesses resistance to diseases, particularly anthracnose and halo, which further enhances its attractiveness for industrial cultivation. 'Tara' bean seeds are offered in 30-gram packets with detailed sowing and care instructions, making this variety accessible and convenient for gardeners and farmers.
