Snow Queen

SNOW QUEEN — a high-yielding mid-season bean variety with a period from germination to the first harvest of 55-65 days. Vining plants reach a height of up to 150 cm, ensuring abundant fruiting and stable yields. The pods of this variety are spoon-shaped, about 14 cm long and 1.5 cm wide, white in color, without a parchment layer or fibers, making them especially convenient for preparation and processing.

The mass of 100 pods ranges from 550 to 610 grams, and the marketable yield reaches 1.5-1.8 kg per square meter. The variety is distinguished by excellent taste qualities that are preserved under various weather conditions. Due to the absence of tough fibers and a parchment layer, the beans are suitable for home cooking, canning, and freezing, which expands their usage possibilities.

Before sowing, it is recommended to soak seeds in water until they swell, which promotes better germination and plant development.
