Eggplant Galaktika

Galactica F1 eggplant hybrid is a mid-early variety with a period from germination to the beginning of fruiting of 110-120 days, which makes it attractive for growing in open ground. The plant is indeterminate type, powerful and compact, has a well-developed root system that adapts well to compacted and saline soils. The leaves of the plant vary from medium to large size, have medium pubescence and green color.

The fruits of Galactica F1 eggplant have a pear shape length of 20-22 cm and a diameter of 5-6 cm, with a mass of 300-350 g. They differ in a smooth, shiny surface and a rich dark purple coloring, which is preserved even in hot months. The green calyx of the fruits highlights their attractive appearance. The flesh is white, dense and without bitterness, which makes this variety ideal for various culinary applications.
