Eggplant Black Jack

High-Yield Efficiency for Professional Growers

The «Black Jack» eggplant is engineered for those who prioritize commercial viability and ease of distribution. Developed by breeder Vasily Ivanovich Blokin-Mechtalin, this hybrid performs consistently across both open-field and greenhouse environments. For a commercial producer, the primary advantage is reliability in field operations.

Operational Advantages

• Standardized Logistics: The cylindrical shape of the fruit, reaching lengths of 26–40 cm, is optimized for standard vegetable crates, reducing space waste and handling damage during transit.
• Predictable Harvest Cycles: With a maturation window of 110–120 days, farm managers can synchronize transplanting schedules to meet peak market demand precisely.
• Market-Ready Sizing: The 200–300 gram weight range is highly preferred by retailers and wholesale buyers alike, representing the perfect single-meal portion size.

The deep, dark purple skin ensures a premium presentation at the point of sale, while the plant's structural resilience allows it to withstand environmental fluctuations. By reducing the need for intensive crisis management in the field, «Black Jack» provides a stable, low-maintenance solution for agricultural operations focused on high-quality outputs.
