Description VIRAGE
Hybrid cucumber VIRAGE belongs to early varieties with a maturity period of 45-50 days and female flowering type. The plant is medium-height, reaching up to 3 meters in length, with a clustered fruit set. Fruits are green with white stripes in the lower third, ribbed, 10-12 cm long and weighing about 100 g, with black spines. Fruits ripen uniformly, facilitating easy harvest.

VIRAGE cucumber fruits are distinguished by the absence of bitterness and a familiar sweet, aromatic flavor, appreciated by fresh vegetable lovers. They are ideal for all types of preservation, including traditional barrel pickling, while retaining a crisp texture. Due to these qualities, the cucumber is widely used both fresh and for preservation.

The variety is recommended for cultivation in spring greenhouse tunnels, open ground, and on trellises. Yield in greenhouse conditions reaches 22-23 kg per square meter, with fruiting continuing until late autumn. VIRAGE exhibits resistance to powdery and false powdery mildew, enhancing its reliability and reducing the need for frequent protective treatments.
