F1 Viranta — partenericarpy, high-yielding, cold-resistant hybrid with a long fruiting period. Widely cultivated in spring greenhouses, tunnels, and open ground. In unheated greenhouses, it fruits until late autumn, when fruit formation in many hybrids stops due to low nighttime temperatures and cold morning dew. The hybrid is sun-loving and has wide adaptability. Cucumbers are bumpy, white-tipped, with medium-fine hairs, 13-15 cm long, tasteless; salt and taste qualities are very high. Resistant to powdery mildew, olive spot, and common cucumber mosaic virus; tolerant to false powdery mildew.
Planting density in greenhouses 2.5 plants/m2, in tunnels up to 3 plants/2, in open ground 3-4 plants/m2.
