Rembo — an early parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid that begins fruiting 40-44 days after germination. Plants of this hybrid are balanced, generative-type with weak branching and limited lateral shoot growth. The root system is well-developed and has a large number of absorbing root hairs, which promotes effective plant nutrition. Leaves are medium-sized, horizontal, colored in shades from green to dark green. Flowering is female-type, with 2-3 fruits forming in each node, ensuring high yield.
Rembo fruits are cylindrical, 10-12 cm long, 3.5-4.0 cm in diameter, and weigh 90-120 g. They are smooth, uniform, and green. The fruit flesh is dense, juicy, and crisp, with high flavor qualities. The hybrid exhibits intensive fruit set from the first weeks of fruiting, allowing for a stable and abundant yield throughout the entire growing period.
Rembo is recommended for spring and summer-autumn rotations in glass and plastic greenhouses. Classical plant formation is used, leaving lateral shoots and pinching the apex when it reaches neighboring plants. To maintain intensive fruiting and increase overall yield, root formation stimulators are recommended every 10-12 days. The hybrid has high resistance to olive spot and true powdery mildew, medium resistance to root rots, cucumber mosaic virus, and false powdery mildew, making it a reliable choice for greenhouse cultivation.
