Cucumber DOMOSED F1 — an early-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid with female flowering type, specially developed for cultivation in home conditions and open ground. The plants are tall but compact due to short lateral branches, making them suitable for growing on windowsills, balconies, in greenhouses, and open ground. From germination to the first harvest, it takes 43-47 days, making this variety fast-maturing and convenient for early harvest. One to three fruit set per node ensures stable fruiting.

The cylindrical fruits, 10-14 cm long and 3.5-4 cm in diameter, have a smooth glossy surface and dense, juicy flesh without bitterness, due to genetic freedom from bitterness. The zucchini weigh 60-90 g, have a rich aroma and small bumps, making them especially appealing for fresh consumption. The variety is resistant to true and false powdery mildew, as well as cucumber mosaic virus, enhancing its reliability and reducing the need for frequent protective treatments.

For successful cultivation, use pots of 10-15 liters capacity with a soil mix of manure, turf soil, and sand. The optimal temperature for sowing and germination is 20-23°C, with uniform soil moisture without overwatering or acidification. After germination, the temperature should not fall below 14°C. Regular spraying with warm water and feeding with mineral fertilizers rich in nitrogen and microelements promote vigorous growth and fruiting. In winter, additional lighting significantly improves plant development. Regular harvesting of zucchini stimulates the formation of new fruit sets, ensuring a prolonged and abundant harvest.
