Description GREEN EXPRESS
Green Express — a fast-maturing parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid that matures in 42-47 days from germination to fruiting. Plants are vigorous with limited lateral branching, terminating in clusters of 4-6 fruits. This compact form allows for denser planting in greenhouses, significantly increasing yield per square meter. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation in plastic greenhouses, temporary plastic covers, and open ground.

Fruits are cylindrical, 9-10 cm long and about 3 cm in diameter, with distinct large bumps and black spines. The zucchini are dark green with slight light stripes, weighing 90-120 g. They feature high marketability, crisp and aromatic flesh, making them ideal for pickling, marinating, and fresh salads.

The hybrid is resistant to true powdery mildew, moderately resistant to false powdery mildew and root rot, and possesses resistance to a complex of diseases including cucumber mosaic virus and cladosporeiosis. Plants are indeterminate with moderate branching and green leaves. For optimal growth, seedlings should be transplanted in May with spacing of about 20 cm between plants, watered twice a week, fertilized once a week, and grown in sunny locations.
