Cucumber FIELD FESTIVAL

Cucumber 'Field Festival' is a medium-late hybrid intended for salad and canning purposes. The plant is indeterminate, medium-height, and highly branched with a female flowering type. Leaves are green, medium-sized, promoting good growth and photosynthesis. The fruit has an elongated-cylindrical shape, green in color with medium-length stripes, with a large-bumpy surface and medium-density white pubescence. The weight of one fruit ranges from 110-120 grams, and its taste features excellent organoleptic qualities. The hybrid boasts high market yield, reaching 7.9 kg per square meter when grown under plastic covers. This enables effective cultivation in protected environments, ensuring a stable and abundant harvest. Due to its characteristics, the cucumber is suitable for both fresh consumption and canning, making it a versatile choice for gardeners and farmers. A key feature of this variety is its resistance to major cucumber diseases, such as olive spot and powdery mildew. This significantly reduces the need for chemical protection and contributes to obtaining ecologically clean produce. Thus, 'Field Festival' combines high productivity, excellent taste, and reliable disease resistance, making it attractive for cultivation under various climatic conditions.
