Description
The Capriz cucumber is a medium-early parthenocarpic hybrid with a vegetation period of 45-47 days. It is intended for cultivation both in plastic greenhouses and in open ground. The plant is vigorous with medium-length internodes and large leaves, and has female-type flowering, which contributes to high fruit set.
The fruits of the Capriz cucumber are dark green, cylindrical in shape with characteristic ridges. Fruit length ranges from 11 to 11.5 cm, they are firm, crisp, juicy, and free of bitterness. The hybrid is characterized by high commercial quality and good transportability, making it convenient for marketing and storage.
Capriz is resistant to diseases and temperature fluctuations, ensuring stable yields of 7-9 kg per square meter. Cucumbers of this variety are widely used both fresh and for processing, making them a versatile choice for various purposes.
