This variety is characterized by high market yield, reaching 14-15.5 kg per square meter under plastic coverings. Ermolay’s fruits are short, cylindrical cornichons, 8-10 cm long, with small bumps and dense white fuzz. The zucchini are green with short stripes, weighing 65-85 grams, and possess excellent taste with a distinctive crunch and strong cucumber aroma. A distinctive feature of this variety is the very rapid fruit growth following harvest, enabling stable and early yields.
