ADZIIKKAKU — a medium-early parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid intended for salad use. The plant is indeterminate, moderately branched with mixed flowering, ensuring stable fruit formation. Three to five female flowers form at each node, contributing to high yield. Leaves are medium-sized, dark green, harmoniously matching the long green fruits.
The cucumbers have a cylindrical shape, 16 to 28 centimeters long, with a smooth surface and barely noticeable spines. Each fruit weighs 215 to 233 grams. The taste is excellent, making them especially appealing for fresh consumption. The hybrid is resistant to powdery mildew and cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), significantly simplifying care and improving crop quality.
ADZIIKKAKU is recommended for greenhouse cultivation in spring-summer rotations, and may also be grown during winter-spring with marketable yields up to 17.3 kg per square meter. Sowing in the ground occurs in May-June, allowing for a stable and high-quality harvest. Due to its characteristics and resistance, this hybrid is an excellent choice for both commercial and home cultivation.
