Cucumber BON APPETIT

Cucumber variety Bon Appetit is an early-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid intended for cultivation in plastic greenhouses. The plant is indeterminate with a female flowering type, ensuring stable fruit formation without the need for pollination. The medium-sized cucumbers have a characteristic finely warty surface with short stripes and spines, giving them an attractive appearance and ease of use.

This variety is distinguished by high market yield, reaching 13.0-14.0 kg per square meter, making it profitable for commercial cultivation. Bon Appetit is resistant to diseases such as cladosporiosis, cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), powdery mildew (PM), and false powdery mildew (FPM), significantly reducing the risk of crop loss and simplifying plant care.

Due to its parthenocarpic fruiting type, the cucumber does not require pollination, simplifying cultivation and ensuring consistent fruit quality. The variety is suitable for both salad consumption and canning, possessing good taste and appealing texture. These characteristics make Bon Appetit a versatile choice for gardeners and growers aiming to obtain high-quality and abundant cucumber harvests.
