SX 300 is a high-yielding corn hybrid for grain production with a yield potential of up to 12 t/ha. Plants reach a height of 250-260 cm, have a strong root system and well-developed above-ground parts, ensuring resistance to lodging. Grain is dent-type, yellow-orange in color, with 14 rows of kernels on ears up to 30 cm long. The hybrid belongs to late-maturing varieties with FAO 340, making it suitable for various agroclimatic conditions, especially in steppe and forest-steppe regions of Ukraine, such as Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Dnipro, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
SX 300 has high drought resistance (9 points) and good cold tolerance (8 points), making it adaptable to stressful growing conditions. Seeds are treated with fungicidal protectant and microfertilizers, promoting healthy plant growth and development. The hybrid features high grain moisture release, simplifying harvest and reducing drying costs. Due to its compact stem with semi-erect leaves, planting density can be increased, further enhancing yield.
SX 300 is versatile in use: suitable for both grain production and silage. The 1000-seed weight is 360-380 g, ensuring good germination energy and uniform emergence. The unit of sale is 1 planting unit, containing 80,000 seeds, packed in 24 kg bags. This hybrid combines the best qualities of Serbian breeding and is adapted to Ukrainian conditions, making it a profitable choice for farmers aiming for stable and high yields.
