Description Splendis
The hybrid corn Splendis is a mid-early variety with FAO 250, intended for cultivation as grain and silage. Plants reach a height of about 290 cm, have a cream-colored, dent-type kernel with 14-16 rows and a 1000-kernel weight of about 325 g. This hybrid is characterized by high initial growth energy, which promotes rapid development in early stages.

Splendis exhibits high resistance to lodging and drought, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions, including the Polesie, Forest Steppe, and Steppe of Ukraine. The hybrid is also tolerant to common corn diseases such as Fusarium, Helminthosporium, and bacterial blight, ensuring stable yields and reducing the risk of losses.

The recommended planting density varies depending on soil moisture: 65–70 thousand plants per hectare under adequate moisture, and 75–85 thousand under insufficient moisture. The hybrid’s yield can reach up to 17 tons per hectare. High grain quality and resistance to adverse weather conditions make Splendis a profitable and versatile choice for agricultural production.
