MASHUK 180 SV — early-maturing corn hybrid with FAO 180, designed for universal use in various climatic conditions, including the Central Chernozem region of Russia. This three-line hybrid is distinguished by high drought resistance, lodging resistance, and stalk strength, ensuring stable yields even under adverse weather conditions. Plants reach a height of 225–240 cm, with ears attached at a height of 70–75 cm, and the ear has a weak conical shape, 18–20 cm long, with 14–18 rows of yellow dent kernels. The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major corn diseases, including stalk rot, smut, and downy mildew, as well as moderate resistance to ear fungal diseases. Due to these characteristics, MASHUK 180 SV demonstrates high yield and stability over years, confirmed by test results where grain yield reached 6–7 tons per hectare under southern Russia conditions. Seeds are treated with modern agents, providing additional protection against pests and diseases. Recommended planting density varies depending on region and growing conditions: on dryland, 55–65 thousand plants per hectare is optimal, and under irrigation — up to 80 thousand. The hybrid responds well to favorable agronomic practices, allowing maximum potential to be realized. High 1000-kernel weight, reaching 280–300 g, and dark green leaf color indicate good plant development and efficient photosynthesis, contributing to high-quality grain yield.
