Maize MUASON

Stable yields for feed production and processing

The «Muason» corn hybrid by the Ukrainian producer «NVP Agro-Rytm» is designed for agricultural enterprises focused on achieving predictable results in the dent corn segment. This simple hybrid with a 110–120 day vegetation period fits well into the harvesting schedules of most regions in Ukraine, allowing for flexible logistics and grain elevator management.

Field Application and Management

Farmers choose «Muason» primarily for its field reliability. Thanks to its genetically ingrained resistance to key pathogens, such as loose smut, the hybrid helps reduce fungicide application costs. Its resistance to the European corn borer is a critical factor, ensuring stem and cob integrity until harvest time and minimizing losses during mechanized operations.

• Phytosanitary Control: High resistance to helminthosporiosis and stalk rot makes this hybrid a reliable tool in crop rotations where corn is grown more frequently than once every three years.
• End-Use Versatility: The dent-type grain is ideally suited for industrial food processing, as well as for creating high-quality feed bases in livestock farming, where high energy density is essential.

«Muason» demonstrates excellent adaptability to intensive cultivation technologies while maintaining stable performance metrics even under moderately intensive management, making it a versatile solution for both large agricultural holdings and mid-sized farms.
