The 'Muza' variety is the result of long-term breeding efforts by the Plant Breeding and Genetics Institute (NCSS). Development focused on sweet corn lines specifically adapted to Ukrainian climatic conditions. The primary technical achievement lies in the stable accumulation of sugars during the milk-waxy stage, which is the critical parameter for food processing and consumption quality.

Unlike standard grain hybrids, 'Muza' is strictly intended for the canning industry and the fresh market. Key technical advantages for producers include:
