Corn KEDR MV is a three-line medium-early maturing hybrid intended for cultivation in the Polissia, forest-steppe, and steppe zones. Plants reach a height of 210–230 cm, with 14–16 leaves on the main stem and an ear attachment height of 80–90 cm. The ear, 21–23 cm long, has nearly cylindrical shape with well-kernelled tip, contains 16 rows of kernels, with 36–40 kernels per row. Kernels are yellow and dent-shaped, with a 1000-kernel weight of 250–260 g. The KEDR MV hybrid is characterized by high yield potential: grain yield potential reaches 12.5–13 t/ha, silage yield — 45–60 t/ha. Plants exhibit good resistance to lodging, stem breakage, drought, and cold, as well as resistance to major corn diseases. Due to these features, the hybrid is suitable both for grain production and silage, making it a versatile choice for feed and grain use. The hybrid is produced by the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Ukraine. Corn seeds KEDR MV are available in 25 kg packages and ready for shipment.
