MAS 371 D is a mid-season, two-line corn hybrid intended for grain production. It has a vegetation period of approximately 112 days and early tassel flowering. The plant is of medium height with straight, narrow leaves and weak anthocyanic coloring of various parts, including the sheath of the first leaf, roots, and pollen. The ear is weakly conical, thick, medium length with a short stalk, with dentate kernels colored in yellow-orange shades, ensuring high grain quality. The MAS 371 D hybrid exhibits high drought tolerance and a good phytosanitary profile, making it especially suitable for cultivation in southern regions of Russia. The rapid grain moisture loss allows timely soil preparation for the next crop in crop rotation, enhancing farming efficiency. Average yield in the North Caucasus region is around 52.8 ц/га, with maximum yields reaching 97.5 ц/га, confirming the hybrid's high productivity. MAS 371 D seeds are developed based on a French breeding line and are suitable for cultivation under various climatic conditions.
