Ladogsky 180 MV is an early-maturing corn hybrid with a vegetative period ranging from 95 to 140 days, depending on the growing region. The hybrid belongs to FAO group 180 and is characterized by toothed, silvery-orange kernels. Plant height reaches 240-270 cm, ensuring good development and resilience to adverse conditions. Seeds are suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones, including Central, Volga-Vyatka, Central Chernozem, Ural, West Siberian, and Far Eastern regions.

The Ladogsky 180 MV hybrid is distinguished by high yield potential: grain yield can reach up to 110 ц/ha, and silage yield up to 500 ц/ha. Average grain yield varies by region—for example, in the Central region it is about 88.9 ц/ha, in the Central Chernozem region—80.7 ц/ha, and in the Far East—65.6 ц/ha. The hybrid demonstrates good resistance to major corn diseases such as helminthosporiosis, downy mildew, ear rot, and fusarium, as well as cold tolerance and early tassel flowering, which contributes to successful development in early growth stages.

Optimal planting density depends on climatic conditions: in dry areas, 65-75 thousand plants per hectare are recommended, while in areas with sufficient moisture—75-85 thousand plants per hectare. Due to its characteristics and adaptability, the Ladogsky 180 MV hybrid is suitable for producing high-quality grain and silage, making it a popular choice for farmers aiming for stable and high yields.
