Corn KWS EXCEPTIO

French breeding for modern agriculture

KWS EXEPTIO is a new benchmark in intensive maize production, officially registered in Ukraine in 2026. Developed by the experts at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in France, this F1 hybrid is designed for farmers who prioritize maximum yield per hectare through precise cultivation technologies.

Technological profile and adaptability

The core strength of this hybrid lies in its ability to efficiently convert solar energy and moisture into high grain yields. Unlike extensive varieties, EXEPTIO requires high-quality mineral nutrition, rewarding the grower with exceptional ear stability. The French KWS genetics are renowned for their "plasticity": the hybrid performs reliably across various soil types while maintaining high grain test weight.

Why choose EXEPTIO?

• High early vigor: allows the crop to quickly overcome critical development stages, which is essential for early sowing.
• Lodging resistance: a robust stalk and powerful root system minimize losses during mechanical harvesting.
• Grain quality: the hybrid forms well-filled ears with excellent dry-down characteristics, significantly reducing post-harvest drying costs.

This hybrid is an optimal solution for farms aiming for production intensification and seeking a reliable tool for achieving consistently high yields in a changing climate.
